What works the same as Final Draft
- The elements of a screenplay are in a side panel: scene heading, action, character, dialogue and transition.
- It formats the page as you type, in standard screenplay layout.
- It opens and exports .fdx files.
- It prints to PDF in industry format on US Letter or A4.
What is missing
- There are no dual dialogue, revisions or production features.
- Dialogue that breaks across pages gets no (MORE) or (CONT'D) marks.
How to get started
- Click Open in browser. It opens the editor.
- Write your screenplay. Enter and Tab move you to the likely next element.
- Your work stays in your browser. Save a copy as a Fountain or .fdx file when you finish.
