What works the same as Visio
- A ribbon with tabs, a drawing canvas, page tabs and a minimap, laid out like Visio.
- Seven shape groups: BPMN 2.0, integrations, flowchart, basic, IT, industrial and org chart.
- Connectors that follow the shapes, straight, curved or at right angles, and pools and lanes.
- Opens and saves BPMN 2.0 files, and exports SVG, PNG, JSON, CSV and DXF.
- Checks the process, simulates it to find bottlenecks and costs, and runs it with a task inbox.
What is missing
- It does not open Visio files (.vsdx); it reads BPMN 2.0 instead.
- The interface is in Portuguese for now.
- You need a server and an account: the project is not a plain download.
How to get started
- Download the project from its page. There's no installer.
- Install it with Python 3.12 or newer, and start the server with uvicorn.
- Open it in your browser and sign in with the email and password you set at launch.
- Or run it as a container with Docker Compose.
