What works the same as ElevenLabs
- Clone a voice from a clean recording, type your text and generate speech.
- Design a new voice by describing it.
- Dub videos with timed speech.
- Stories, audiobooks and batch jobs.
- Transcribe audio and dictate with a floating widget.
What is missing
- Without a dedicated graphics card it works, but slower, and setup needs about 5 GB of free space.
- On an Intel Mac it can't make voices by itself: it has to connect to another computer.
- The Windows on ARM version is experimental.
How to get started
- Click Download. It opens the VoiceStudio site.
- Pick the installer for your computer: Windows, Mac or Linux.
- Open Voice cloning, choose a voice, type your text and generate.
- The first time, it asks you to install the voice model it needs.
